Wild Mushroom Dipping Platter
This is a moreish dish that is so quick and easy to make. Pop to your local market or store and see what selection of mushrooms they have. Ideally you want a nice mix and variety of mushrooms both for flavour and texture. Pop these on a grill pan with some olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs.
Grill for about 20 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked but firm.
Pile these beautifully grilled mushrooms onto a pretty serving platter, season with salt and pepper and squeeze some lemon juice over (this makes the subtle mushroom flavours pop!). Scatter some fresh, chopped herbs over the mushrooms, we love dill for this one.
